Sub-Processors List

The following list of subprocessors is used by Superwall to provide the Superwall Services as described in the Superwall Terms of Service Agreement. Superwall may update this list from time to time. Superwall will notify Customer of any changes to the list of subprocessors by sending an email to the email address associated with Customer’s account. Customer may object to the addition of a new subprocessor within ten (10) days of such notice, provided that Customer has a legitimate reason for doing so. If Customer objects to a new subprocessor, and that objection is not unreasonable, Superwall will use reasonable efforts to make available to Customer a change in the Services or recommend a commercially reasonable change to Customer’s configuration or use of the Services to avoid processing of Customer Data by the objected-to new subprocessor without unreasonably burdening Customer. If Superwall is unable to make available such change within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed ten (10) days, Customer may terminate the applicable Order Form(s) with respect only to those Services which cannot be provided by Superwall without the use of the objected-to new subprocessor by providing written notice to Superwall. If Customer does not object to the addition of a new subprocessor within ten (10) days of notice, Customer will be deemed to have accepted the new subprocessor.
